Saturday, September 4, at Villa Gregoriana Park – FAI, will be held“History in the kitchen: dinner with the Pope“.
A walk at dusk and a special dinner to get to know a controversial figure of the 19th century, Pope Gregory XVI, the Pope who wanted and allowed the construction of Villa Gregoriana.
An opportunity to discover the man and to sit, finally, in the presence of the prelate. From the mise en place to the protocol, passing through the vices and virtues of the Popes at the table, the evening will continue with a dinner based on nineteenth-century recipes and stories of life in Papal Rome.
